What tool do you use for remote support?

When we work together, I’ll recommend the best tool based on your device and network setup. In every case:
You remain in control of your device.
You must explicitly allow the remote connection.
I will never access your system without your permission.

LP Tech provides paid consulting and support services. Pricing is listed transparently on the

- Short description of the problem and what you’ve already tried
- Any error messages (exact wording if possible)
- Your availability and time zone
How fast do you usually respond?
Most requests receive a response within one business day. During high volume periods,
responses may take slightly longer, but every request is reviewed.

Do you only work with Windows computers?
LP Tech primarily supports Windows environments, plus general networking and device-related issues.
Some guidance (Wi-Fi security, safe practices, backups) can apply across platforms as well.
If you’re unsure, submit a request and it can be reviewed.
Will you ever ask for my passwords?
No. LP Tech will never ask for your passwords. If credentials are required during a session,
you will enter them yourself on your device. LP Tech does not store client passwords.
