users. I create videos and guides that show you how to fix common
computer, Wi-Fi, and Windows issues, step by step, without the
confusing “IT talk.”

LP Tech is for everyday people: home users, students, small business
owners, and anyone who just wants their computer, printer, or Wi-Fi
to work without stress. If you like clear instructions and
real solutions, you’re in the right place.

Can you help me directly with my computer?
Yes. In addition to free videos, I offer one-on-one tech support for
selected issues. Support is usually done remotely using secure
screen-sharing tools so I can help no matter where you are.

Is your support free?
My YouTube tutorials and many guides are completely free.
One-on-one support sessions may be paid, depending on the time and
complexity of the issue. If there is a cost, I’ll always let you know
in advance—no surprises.
How do I request a support session?
Go to the Contact page and include:
- What device you’re using (Windows PC, laptop, etc.)
- A short description of the problem
- Any error messages you’ve seen
- Your time zone and best times to reach you
How fast do you usually respond?
I normally respond within 24–48 hours on business days. During busy
periods or holidays, it may take a little longer, but I always do my
best to reply as quickly as possible.

Can you help secure my Wi-Fi and home network?
Yes. I can guide you through:
- Changing default router passwords and Wi-Fi names
- Turning on stronger Wi-Fi security (WPA2 / WPA3)
- Basic tips to protect your network from strangers
Do you only work with Windows computers?
Most LP Tech content focuses on Windows PCs and laptops,
since that’s what many everyday users have. For some topics—like
Wi-Fi, backups, or online security—the tips can apply to Macs and
other devices too.
Will you ever ask for my passwords?
No. I will never ask you to share your main account
passwords by email, chat, or video.
If we work together in a remote session, I may guide you to enter
a password on your own screen, but I don’t keep or store it.

with. I can’t promise every request becomes a video, but I read them
